Teen Book Review-Heist Society

on July 26, 2011

Heist Society by Ally Carter
Heist Society is an exciting mystery about a team of teenage spies lead by the female thief Kat Bennet. Kat comes from a family with a knack for stealing things so it comes as no surprise that when four valuable paintings are stolen, Kat’s father is the prime (and only) suspect. What does come as a surprise however is that Kat and a rag-tag team of teenage friends decide that Kat’s father is innocent and set off to find out who the real culprit is and return the paintings to their rightful (?) owner.

Ally Carter pens a book similar to her Gallagher Girls series with many twists and turns. I was not able to put this book down and if you’re a fan of the mystery genre or like books like I’d Tell You I Love You But Then I’d Have to Kill You then you won’t be able to stop reading it either. I highly recommend this novel.
